The website is not good. Waiting time is 3 months even thought we already book an appointment and when u rescheduled because they said it’s not available then they cancel and say it’s taken.
The website is a waste of time. Imagine being connected then the person cancelled or left the chat.
And he said he will come back and never come back and made you wait for 10 hours after waiting for months to get that appointment. It was very disappointing, I am not able to get notarize due to the unprofessionalism of this website and people.

They admittedly sell ALL your personal data. The first screenn to join has it in the first paragraph.

Frustrating place for the Notary
The whole onboarding on this site was a bit ridiculous. They have too many unnecessary questions, like an employer, with NO information as to what we will be paid for our services.
From what iv found they pay very low compared to other sights.
The site is also glitched when applying, they want to know your typing speed? lol okay... During this process, they re-direct you to a link where you take a typing test.
When you click on the link it does not open a new tab. It just re-directs on the applications tab and you lose all the info that you added to your application.
The only way to complete the application is to do the typing test first on a separate tab and copy the link.
User's recommendation: Just go to Blue Notary. Its super user friendly same prices and Notaries are treated nd payed better.

Unable to meet with NotaryCam for more than 24hours
I have waited an entire week for ECFMG notary services, spending hours in the waiting room hoping to meet the notary. However, every time I inquire, I'm told they are busy serving other customers and to be patient.
Unfortunately, I've been stuck at this window for a week, day and night, without any assistance. I've sent around 20 messages to both infonotary and ecfmgnotary without receiving any replies.
Today, I attempted to call them, and they instructed me to send an email via infonotary. I am seeking assistance.

I have been waiting for urgent notarization for the past three days.
January 7 is the deadline for possible revision of ECFMG rules. So i have to be notarized before the deadline so that i will pursue my exams. thank you for your consideration.

ID verification issue
Keep take a photo for my passport but notary saying could not verify your identity I have mailed them and they replied by a link of ID credential analysis but still problem didnt resolved , I have contacted them again but didnt answer yet .. 10 days at this issue please be helpful , am ready for meeting (scheduling unavailable)

I'm Mudiyanselage Maleesa Sawaneeth Jayasundara (EPIC - C-JM204130) have submitted the photo of my passport as a photo Id. I have booked a date and time for the meeting as well.( scheduled to be at 07.10pm on 06/02/2024)
However, I received an email saying that my photo ID is still not verified and need to be resubmitted.
I didn't get a reply for the inquiry I made. Please advise me on how to proceed.
